When you use the “Study Request” form, AYM ENERGIE only collects the information necessary to understand your request and respond to you.

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. and the form uses Netlify Forms to receive requests sent from the contact page. Submissions may be subject to automated spam checks.
AYM ENERGIE does not sell personal data transmitted by visitors.

- data relating to a mission or a contract: during the contractual relationship, then during the legal deadlines necessary for the proof and management of obligations;

- attachments sent via the form: for the duration necessary to study the request or mission concerned, unless there is a longer retention obligation;
- technical logs: for a duration proportionate to security and diagnostic needs.
6. Accommodation and transfers outside the European Union
Certain technical service providers, notably Netlify, are established in the United States. Technical data or form submissions may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. AYM ENERGIE relies on the contractual guarantees and protection mechanisms offered by its service providers, in particular their compliance commitments and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights
Depending on the situation and the legal basis of the processing, you can request access to your data, their rectification, their erasure, limitation of processing, object to certain processing and, when the conditions are met, exercise your right to portability.
Send your request to contact@aymenergie.com, specifying the subject of your request. Proof of identity will only be requested in the event of reasonable doubt as to the identity of the applicant.
